AVCS partners with several international student agencies in providing a quality education for students from many countries throughout the world. If you are an interested family, please check with your agency to see if they send students to our school.
New International Student Applications
Applications for enrollment at AVCS for the 2018-2019 school year will be accepted beginning February 1, 2018. Once your international students have been accepted, the new student enrollment process will begin on March 1, 2018.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS
FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR 2017-2018:
ENROLLMENT FEE – $200 (nonrefundable)
I-20 FEE: $300
A nonrefundable I-20 fee is due for each student at the time the application is submitted.
Students who register after June 1, 2017 will be charged an additional $50 for delivery/postage fee.
ORIENTATION FEE (New Students Only): $400
FOREIGN ASSISTANCE FEE: $1,000
Tuition and Mandatory Fees (listed below) are paid in full at time of enrollment.
|Middle School (6th-8th)||$8,075|
|High School (9th-12th)||$9,050|
Withdrawals: Students are considered enrolled for the entire year at the time of admission. Tuition and fees will not be refunded if a student withdraws for any reason or is asked to leave for academic or disciplinary reasons.
ADDITIONAL MANDATORY FEES DUE WITH PAYMENT OF TUITION:
Middle School Activity Fee – $75
This fee covers all MS SLT-sponsored activities for the school year (Back-to-School Party, Bowling Day, Evening of Elegance, and Field Day). This fee is required regardless of whether or not the student chooses to attend the event.
Middle School and High School Yearbook Fee – $90
All secondary students will receive a yearbook at the end of the school year. Elementary students may choose to purchase a yearbook at the time of enrollment.
FEES FOR OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES/CLASSES
These fees must be paid prior to your student participating in the chosen activity:
Middle School Sports Fee – $85 per sport
High School Sports Fee – $110 per sport
Middle School Choir Fee – $55
High School Chorale Fee – $85
Band Fee (All grades) – $ 65; Instrument rental fee – $75
